Rosco runs the company he owns from the front, pioneering new projects and leading technical jobs on our existing projects.
Dan
Daniel Moore | Operations Manager
Dan has a solid operating background with RCL. He is also a qualified electrician but these days he manages RCL’s Reefton based projects.
Dave
Dave Stone | Company Engineer
Canadian by birth, Dave has a background in mining engineering and line management in contracting and mining organisations on projects throughout New Zealand.
Jimmy
Jim Foster | Coal Manager
A long term Reefton identity, Jim is vastly experienced in all aspects, of mining, processing and marketing of coal.
Aimee
Aimee Thompson | Admin Manager
(Nee Moore) Aimee knows the business intimately having served an apprenticeship on the gear. She now looks after payroll and company admininistration.
Cyril
Cyril Macdonald | Mine Manager
Cyril has worked on a wide range of projects both in New Zealand and offshore. From an operating and drill and blast background he became a supervisor and mine manager.
Paul (PC)
Paul ‘PC’ Creagh / Workshop Supervisor
Paul is a West Coaster born and bred with wide experience in the forestry and mining industries both in New Zealand overseas. His experience and knowledge in heavy equipment repair and maintenance is hard to match.
Leigh
Leigh Birchfield / Procurement Officer
A West Coaster born and bred, Leigh has experience in depth with procurement and parts managment gained on several west coast mining projects.
